Notice of Annual General Meeting, 2026

The 2026 AGM of Aotearoa Quilters, National Association of New Zealand Quilters will be held on Monday 5^th October 2026, starting at 7.45 am at Burnside High School, 151 Greers Road, Christchurch.

The AGM will be held in conjunction with the Member’s Breakfast at the 2026 Quilt Symposium.  The Member’s Breakfast starts at 7.00am.  Breakfast costs $20 per person. Please sign up for breakfast before the 21st of September. Sign up for the Breakfast.

There will be four vacancies on the Committee at this AGM.  Nominations for these positions are invited on the Committee Member Nomination and Consent Form on the Aotearoa Quilters website (downloadable, printable form here) and must be received by the Secretary by Friday 25^th September 2026.

Members are invited to submit topics for General Business via the submission form on the Aotearoa Quilters website or by email to office@aotearoaquilters.co.nz.  Attendance, apologies and topics for General Business can be submitted here.
