AQ 2021 AGM and Dinner RSVP

Come and see an exhibition, attend the AGM and then have dinner! Registrations will close on September 1st. 

Our 2021 AGM is part of a weekend activity. The AQ Taranaki Regional group is holding their exhibition, Inspired by Mondrian, in the Watson Room at the Devon Hotel, New Plymouth. AQ’s Lime Challenge and Reflections Challenge are also being displayed. Hours of opening are 10-4 on Friday 10th and Saturday 11th September, and 10-2 on Sunday 12th. Onsite parking available.

There will be light refreshments served between 4 and 5 pm on Saturday 11th, and the AGM will start at 5 pm in the Courtney Room adjacent. There will be a speaker at approximately 6 pm.

A dinner follows in the Marbles Room at 7 pm. This is a buffet style meal. The regular price is $44.90 per head, and the Gold Card price is $32.90. Everyone will pay for their own dinner. You are welcome to bring guests. However, we need the names of all attending, so we know how many have registered and can mark them off when they arrive for dinner. Although we don’t have a private room, there is a partition which will make it semi-private.
