Notice of Annual General Meeting, 2025

 The 2025 AGM of Aotearoa Quilters, National Association of New Zealand Quilters will be held on Monday 11^th August 2025 at 7.30pm via Zoom.

There will be two vacancies on the Committee at this AGM.  Nominations for these positions are invited on the Committee Member Nomination and Consent Form on the Aotearoa Quilters website (download printable form here) and must be received by the Secretary by Friday 1^st August 2025.

Members are invited to submit topics for General Business via the submission form on the Aotearoa Quilters website or by email to office@aotearoaquilters.co.nz.  Attendance, apologies and topics for General Business can be submitted here.

Note: Registration via the submission form on the Aotearoa Quilters website will be required to attend this meeting.  This will enable a link to the meeting to be sent to you, and for voting for the committee member to occur, if this is necessary.
