2025 – Call for Volunteers for TGNZQS

Volunteers

We will need volunteers to help with the running of the GNZQS. We have a range of duties for volunteers, some involve standing and walking, and others can be done seated.

Standing

• White Glove duty must be able to stand for 2 hours.
• Entry/Exit

Seated

• Raffle – cash handling
• Ticket Sales – EFTPOS machine and/or cash
• Community Quilts – sewing on labels
• Aotearoa Quilters Booth – membership, Catalogue sales, Quilt sales and volunteer duty list.

Each shift is for 2 hours, and you will need to arrive 15 minutes before the start time. Note however, that the first ticket sale shift on Friday and Saturday morning will start at 9.30 am and is for 2.5hrs.

This year volunteers will need to pay an entry fee, however this has been discounted to $8/day and can be paid at the ticket stand.
