Bi-ennial Quilt Challenge
Aotearoa Quilters have decided to make the bi-ennial travelling exhibition in alternate years to Symposium and therefore challenge members to interpret the theme:
‘CONNECTIONS’ for the 2012 challenge
in a quilt that must measure 120 cm high x 60 cm wide.
Entries are due July 2012.
The Exhibition is limited to 20 selected items and will travel within New Zealand for approximately 12 months. Quilts will be judged on interpretation of the challenge, overall appearance, originality, use of colour and visual impact, and technical quality.
Think about: family connections, electrical connections, lines intersecting, personal connections, phones, contacts, travel connections
Entry details will be published early in 2012.
