Ailsa Craig Festival 2019 Exhibition – Entry Form

We are currently having some difficulties with the entry form and the  photographs. …so do not try to load photographs at the moment. We will extend the entry date until Wednesday and let you know when the issues are resolved. Please complete this form to enter your quilt for selection in the Ailsa Craig Quilt and Fibre festival 2019. Quilts will be selected from online entries which will include a photograph of the quilt. You will be notified in early February if your quilt has been selected to travel.

Please note the following:

If your quilt is selected you will be required to supply a high-resolution photograph ( details to come) and to complete an online Google form for the Ailsa Craig committee. The link for this form will be sent in the confirmation email that your quilt has been selected, and will include the insurance value of the quilt.

Selected quilts will be required by the 15th March. Quilts not received by then will not be able to travel. Quilts also entered in the Great New Zealand Quilt Show will be collected from the show by the organisers. Quilts not entered in the GNZQS but selected to go to Canada may be delivered to an AQ committee member at the Great New Zealand Quilt Show or couriered to:

Mary Culver, 77 Stanley Avenue, Palmerston North, 4414 to arrive by the 15th March.

Please include a pre-paid self-addressed courier bag large enough for your quilt for the return of your quilt.

Insurance within New Zealand is your responsibility. Once freighted to Canada, Ailsa Craig Festival will take responsibility for insurance.

It is expected quilts will be returned to you in June/early July when they return from Canada. We will confirm when we have specific dates.
